Additional elements mounting

Additional elements are mounted using self-tapping screws or rivets, which are equipped with sealing washers to prevent leaks, it is also possible to use hidden fasteners.

Types of standard units and joints of additional elements:

• * ridge connection of roof panels;
  * wall and roof panels connection at the end of the building;  
  * roof gutter; 
  * connection of roofing panels in length and width;
  * connection of wall panels in the outer and inner corner of the building;

  * one-sided waterproof rivets;
  * countersunk screws;
  * bolts connecting to nut and sealing washer;
  * spacer sleeve screws;
  • sealing element.

Types of additional elements for sandwich panel connections:

Sealing and thermal insulation of sandwich panels connection during mounting is made with the help of sealants of different types:

• • foam,
  * adhesive paste,
  * adhesive sealant,
  * sealing tape for waterproofing, sound insulation and thermal insulation of the room.

Sealing tape is used, when sealing the gap between the wall panels, as the Z-lock, which is equipped with a panel provides a fairly tight sandwich panels fit to each other and no gap between the panels.

Adhesive sealant is used to provide increased waterproofing of the roof, when sealing roofing panels.
